Shipping Policy

At ANAAKA, we believe premium skincare deserves a premium delivery experience. That’s why every order is shipped with DHL Express, safely, quickly and with full tracking.

Where We Ship
We currently deliver to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Free Delivery, Duties Included
Delivery is free on every order. All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the European Union with DHL Express on a duties-paid (DDP) basis. All customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by ANAAKA, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

All ANAAKA products are halal-certified and made in Italy, and they are registered with the SFDA in Saudi Arabia.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates: up to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to public holidays, peak periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your order. ANAAKA cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed, DHL may attempt delivery again or leave instructions for collection. If your parcel is returned to us, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
